MLM is also known as Network Marketing, is a business-distribution model that allows a parent company to market its products directly to consumers by means of relationship referrals and direct selling.

Independent, unsalaried salespeople of multi-level marketing, referred to as distributors (or associates, independent business owners, franchise owners, sales consultants, consultants, independent agents, etc.), represent the parent company and are awarded a commission based upon the volume of product sold through each of their independent businesses (organizations).

Independent distributors develop their organizations by either building an active customer base, who buy direct from the parent company, or by recruiting a downline of independent distributors who also build a customer base, thereby expanding the overall organization. Additionally, distributors can also earn a profit by retailing products they purchased from the parent company at wholesale price.

Distributors earn a commission based on the sales efforts of their organization, which includes their independent sale efforts as well as the leveraged sales efforts of their downline. The Delhi ,Banglore ,Chennai market crashed under the impact of growth plans, which came to known as doubling schemes. When the Banglore Police started cracking the whip on all such companies, and arresting the promoters, the wave stopped, but not before several people lost thier money in these plans.

How ever these plans started finding thier way in to the various areas in various states market later, along with HYIPs like Swisscash, ...cash.com,...funds.net,.....forex.biz, etc.

Growth plans are a new breed of plans that r invoked in Indian Mlm Industry. During the last couple of years ,these kind of plans started in India. All these companies have wound up thier companies & the promotores r on the run, with several police complaints getting registered on them.

All companies failed to realese the pay-outs after a certain level. Not a single company servive after impelementing these plans.

It may not be out of place here to state thet, these plans falll under the category of "Pyramid plans" which is banned in almost all the countries."

Now this trend is catching up with other states in the country. It is very unfortunate to observe these plans have made the people crazy, who r willing to do only these plans.

These plans r nothing but "Autofilling System " on a different structure.

Any growth plan begins with 50 Ids as front line as a 1 batch . .Each batch will be of 12 pay outs. Now it is challenge from the comanys side. On each pay out cycle the company has to insure to get enough sales to double the previous closing. Otherwise payout can not be released

When the structure reaches 6th level and onwards the sales will not be at a speed so as to support the pay outs. This puts the Co. in trouble.

On the other side, new members will not prefer to join the company running on 6th or above level, as will get only first level pay-outs when the company releases 7th pay outs. This requieres thousands of Ids.

Hence this turns in to big schams. People should take lesson from the facts that happened in Co.s like Mahalife, Happy life, Vennela concepts, Sansar networks etc.

I would like to caution everybody concerned to watch thier step before involving, in these dubious plans,which r nothing but schemes tryiing to encash on the human weakness of making money overnight.

Networker should realise that nothing can be achieved or nobody can become a Crorepati overnight. Those people who r getting invoved in these plans would only prove to be too greedy and who do not care to what happens to all thier Downlines.

It is said to observe here that nobody wants to work & at the same time wants to make a quik buck & get out leaving the rest lurching in the dark.
